As you may have heard, many of the local elementary schools' playgrounds have needed to be replaced recently with no warning. This has left students at those schools without playgrounds while funds were raised.
Currently our playground is out of warranty and there are concerns that it will need major repairs that will not be able to be completed. It is reaching its replacement stage.
The playground is not only used by the students at Eldersburg Elementary, but also by many of the community during sporting events held at EE.
The PTA is working to try to raise funds NOW to ensure that our students and community members aren’t without a playground. We are trying to raise over $200,000!
